The Member Advantage

The 5 things members save on.

A private membership built for golfers who play a lot, travel to play, and want more from a season than the same three home courses.

No. 01

Play at member rates below the posted rack.

Partner courses set a member rate that's meaningfully below their posted rack. A $75 walk-on becomes ~$50. A $110 weekend round becomes ~$70. Over a 25-round season, that's $625+ in direct green-fee savings alone — the pass pays for itself in a handful of rounds.

Some Featured Partner courses go further with a deeper member rate plus 2-for-1 (double play), turning a foursome outing into a serious value round.

Member rates well below rack
No. 02

Access at 1,175+ courses.

Semi-private daily-fees, public gems, tournament venues, and select private-club events — all accessible with a single pass. It's the largest private golf-pass membership in North America, and it's been growing for 34 years.

Play the courses in your backyard. Play the ones two states away. Play the ones you didn't know existed until you opened the app.

No. 03

Courses that don't show up on Google.

Many of the best partner courses don't market to the general public. They don't run Google ads. They don't publish discount rates online. The only way most golfers find them is by being inside the network.

Members regularly report their favorite round of the year came from a course they'd never heard of — one they picked off the app map at random on a Saturday morning.

No. 04

Passes cross state lines.

A Northeast Pass covers ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, and PA. That's nine states unlocked at the member rate with one pass. Plan a long weekend and play 4-8 partner courses across 3-5 states for a fraction of what the trip would cost at rack.

Members build entire road trips around the pass: buddy weekends, annual pilgrimages, spring-break golf runs, snowbird routes down the coast.

Regional coverage: 4–9 states per pass
No. 05

No booking fees. No markups. No middleman.

Book directly through the TeeTime member app. Pay the course itself at the member rate. No third-party service fees, no marketplace markups, no percentage skimmed off the top. What you see in the app is what you pay at the pro shop.

This is the difference between a private membership and a public marketplace. Nothing between you and the course.

The Math

What a typical member saves in a season.

Conservative numbers. A single-region pass. This is the floor, not the ceiling.

Rounds at partner courses (one season) 20
Average savings per round $25–$35
Green-fee savings $500–$700
Occasional 2-for-1 rounds at Featured Partner courses +$50–$100
Total Seasonal Savings $500–$750

Twenty partner rounds at $25–$35 average savings puts a member solidly in the $500–$750 range for the season. Play more, save more. This is the honest floor, not the ceiling.

A realistic base case for an avid golfer. The pass pays for itself in just a handful of rounds. Everything after that is money back in your pocket.

Social Proof

Golf pros trust TeeTime with their courses. Here's why golfers should too.

Quotes from the PGA professionals who run our partner courses. If the operators vouch for the network, that says something for the golfers who play them.

I have seen a lot of different passbooks or small local programs come and go in my career, but none do it as professionally and deliver the results I'm looking for like TeeTime Golf Pass.

TeeTime Golf Pass allows us to tap into a dedicated membership base of golfers who like to travel and play golf. Most of our TeeTime play comes from players who live an hour or more away. We love that.

Common Questions

The questions golfers usually ask.

How much does a TeeTime pass cost?
Regional pass pricing varies by market and tier, but every pass is priced so an avid golfer pays for it in a handful of rounds. Most members save $500–$750 per season. Current pricing is listed at teetimegolfpass.com.
Which pass should I get?
Pick the regional pass covering where you play — and where you travel. Northeast (9 states from Maine to Pennsylvania), Midwest (Ohio Valley through Michigan and Tennessee), Mid-Atlantic (Maryland through West Virginia), Southeast destination (the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida), or Ontario (Canadian courses, separate).
Can I use my pass across multiple states?
Yes. Regional passes cover multiple states by design. A single Northeast Pass unlocks partner courses across nine states. That's the point — members plan road trips, buddy weekends, and travel around the coverage area, playing 4-8 partner courses per trip at the member rate.
What if I don't play enough to justify it?
The math is honest: the pass pays for itself in just a handful of rounds at partner courses. If you're playing that little at partner facilities in a full season, the pass may not be for you — and that's fine. Most avid golfers play 20+ partner rounds a year, which is where the $500–$750 in savings adds up.
How is TeeTime different from GolfNow?
GolfNow is a public tee-time marketplace. Anyone can search, rates are advertised on Google, and third-party fees stack on top of the tee time. TeeTime is a private paid membership. The 60,000+ members already paid to be part of the network. Member rates are not published publicly. You book through the member app and pay the course directly — no marketplace, no middleman, no fees. It's a walled directory of courses for members only.
